As we are fast approaching the end of the year, we thought it would be wise to inform you of our closure dates over the Christmas and New Year holiday period so you can plan ahead.

The University will be closed from end of business on Friday 22nd December and will not reopen until Wednesday 3rd January. We will therefore be unable to receive samples or perform any therapeutic drug monitoring during this time.

The final day for sending samples to us for therapeutic drug monitoring (and any other studies) is Monday 18th December (this is to allow for staff leave and working patterns).

The only exception to this is for Carboplatin monitoring when the last day for sending samples will be Wednesday 20th December – but this must be agreed in advance.

Sample dispatch may be resumed on Wednesday 3rd January.
